They call it a “Social Business Scorecard”. “Social Business Scorecard” itself says a lot about what they believe it is about. Getting more business.
Just look at the social media command centre, them setting up a Social media university and training 10,000 staff in Social media communications.
At a high level the social media scorecard gives an overview of the social media activity, mentions, facebook fans, comments, and how they are perceived. It also allows drilling into the communities perceptions of the individual executives!
