Deep experience
Our Managing Director worked for over 4.5 years
for Renaissance Worldwide, the company formed by David Norton
& Dr Robert Kaplan, originators of the Balanced Scorecard.
He rose to Head of Consultancy for the UK. In that time he delivered
Balanced Scorecards for a wide variety of companies covering the
UK, US, Europe and Far East. This included a innovative project
featured in the Balanced Scorecard book, "The Strategy Focused
Organisation".
Other members of our team have similar backgrounds

Knowing what matters
