The benefits of profiling

The organisational effectiveness profiling tool
A detailed survey: Many surveys simply concentrate
on only the softer cultural issues. In contrast OEP has a more
comprehensive approach. This enables all key organisational issues
to be identified and addressed, covering
- strategic intent
- Culture and behaviour
- Business processes and systems
In total we look at 19 main factors across these three main dimensions
.Resulting from a decade of organisational research, COI’s
19 driver model is used by hundreds of organisation’s and
their leaders to help build and maintain the highest levels of
day to day organisational, team and individual effectiveness.
Underlying organisational effectiveness software
You may use either our short form health checks
or our more detailed detailed surveys establish a baseline. From
these 19 dimensions you will be able to identify key strengths
and weaknesses, by areas, team or types of systematic problem.
Our profiling software facilitates drill down into
key hotspots (identified in red below) to
identify key causes the resultant development and implementation
of targeted actions.
Progress is tracked across all 19 dimensions in order to keep
the improvement process on
track.
