Phil has over 20 years strategy and
board level consultancy with KPMG, Price Waterhouse, Renaissance
and now with Excitant. He has also had line management
roles as IT Strategy Manager with Pearl Assurance and
in a dot.com start-up management team.
Phil worked for over 4 years for Norton & Kaplan's organisation, Renaissance, ending
up as Head of Consultancy in the UK, gaining extensive
experience of the underpinning thinking behind the "Strategy
focused organisations", the "Balanced Scorecard"
and "Organisational learning" . He has helped organisations as diverse as Boots the Chemist, JP Morgan, Anglian Water, Winterthur Insurance, The Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund, City Councils, a part of the MOD and several organisations within the NHS.

Trevor Gibson

Trevor has over 30 years environmental and and regulatory experience having been Director of Environmental Services for Peterborough City Council, where he led them to be one of the most environmentally effective councils. He has also been Director of Environment Capital at Opportunity Peterborough and Board Member at Peterborough Environment City Trust.
Trevor has an in-depth knowledge of both local and global environment and sustainability challenges. In particular their impact on governmental organisations and the business world. He introduced the Strategic Balanced Scorecard into his department to the plaudits of the Audit Commission. He is a qualified coach and now concentrates on helping organisations reduce their carbon footprint, reduce costs and enhance their reputation. |

Alan Meekings

Jennifer Smokevitch

Jennifer worked for Norton & Kaplan for over four years in the US and Europe delivering both knowledge management and balanced scorecard engagements. These included major projects with ABN AMRO, Bankers Trust, First National Bank of South Africa. Since moving to Australia she has concentrated on the wider leadership implications of the Balanced Scorecard approach to Managing Strategy. Jennifer has coached executives and delivered engagements in US, Europe, Australia, Africa and South East Asia with organisations that include Qantas, Unisys, New Zealand Telecom, Liberty Life, Johnson & Johnson, HCF, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
